LAR Performing Arts - Tring
Welcome to LAR Tring!
At LAR Tring we are all about building confidence and learning key performance skills!
Our year at LAR Tring:
Term 1 (September to December) - we work towards our Christmas Shows at The Court Theatre, Pendley, our Pop Choir, Elite and Street Dance groups perform at Tring Christmas Festival and we begin working on LAMDA pieces in our Drama & Performing Arts classes.
Term 2 (January to April) - we work towards LAMDA Exams (taking the exam is optional) in our Drama and Performing Arts classes, we compete and perform at Chesham Arts Festival at The Elgiva Theatre and Watford Speech & Drama Festival.
Term 3 (May to July) - we work towards our Summer Shows at The Court Theatre, Pendley, our Pop Choir, Elite and Street Dance groups perform at Tring Summer Carnival.
All of our Teachers have Enhanced DBS Checks and First Aid Training.
At LAR, we are all about building confidence. Our class sizes are kept small, so that all children receive individual tuition and feedback from our teachers.
LAR Performing Arts was founded in January 2018 by Louisa Alice-Rose.
LAR has since grown to encompass 3 locations around the country, each with individual timetables tailored to the children in each area. Julius and / or Louisa (husband and wife team) teach at every location and know each student personally.
The success of LAR Performing Arts led to the founding of LAR Talent Agency in 2020, representing both adults and children for professional work in theatre, musical theatre, television and film.
