Terms And Conditions



1. Bookings

Payment is termly or half-termly. Pay as you go is only available for classes with spaces.

All bookings must be made online or via Bank Transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques.

Payment must be made in advance of the first class of each half-term.

All bookings are non-refundable. This is due to LAR incurring charges.

Classes may be cancelled by LAR Performing Arts if they fail to attract a viable number of participants, or if the teacher is unwell. In this instance, a full refund will be issued.

If your child is taking an Exam or taking part in our Show, we expect that they will attend our classes every week. If we are concerned about attendance having a negative impact on your child's exam or role in the show, we will express our concerns to you.

2. Teachers

All of our Teachers are professional performers. This means that from time to time, they may be away. We cannot therefore guarantee a specific teacher each week. We will always provide an excellent cover teacher (usually a member of the LAR Team who teaches regularly at another Location).

3. Uniform
-
We ask all children to wear LAR t-shirt, joggers/leggings and jazz shoes to class. If your child is taking an Exam or taking part in one of our Shows, they will need to wear full uniform. Visit our Uniform Shop here

4. Behaviour

We do not accept bullying of any kind. We expect all of our staff and students to respect one another.

5. Photos
-
Photos or Short Videos may be taken during class times and performances and may be used for promotional or marketing purposes and for LAR's Instagram or Facebook Page. If you would like your child withdrawn from this clause, please inform Louisa Alice-Rose in writing by emailing larperformingarts@gmail.com

Your payment and child's attendance at our Classes acts as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
